Prompt, friendly same day service with excellent results; the owner / technician arrived at the correct address at the exact time when arranged; he analysed and treated the problem immediately with the result that the pest problem was eliminated within a matter of days. And then excellent follow up service as arranged and excellent overall communication. I do highly rate this business to get the job done at a reasonable price. Look no further; 100% satisfied. I used go pest for cockroaches in the kitchen, the process was so easy and efficient from start to finish. Sandra made booking a breeze and the technician arrived on time and was super friendly and helpful with all the questions I had. They also provided a ton of information and I saw results within the next 24 hours. I would recommend them to anyone looking for great customer service and fast, reliably results.

Absolutely brilliant service, super friendly and very experienced. During our long run with a rat problem on the property Wayne has become part of the family, it’s taking a while but we must have had most of the rats in Auckland around our place due to neighbours with a compost heap. We’re certainly doing our bit to eradicate a vast population of rats. Luckily they haven’t been inside. All traps and bait are carefully erected so as not to be accessed by my or neighbours cats, that is so appreciated.

These guys are great. Contacted me back very quickly about my issue with wasps hanging around my garden, turned up on time, did what was asked and expected, gave some great information and advice, and all for a reasonable price, especially given we live rurally.

Wayne has gone over and above to ensure good service. He is knowledgeable and diligent. We have always found him to be punctual and professional. Most importantly, he achieves results. We have spent a frustrating year using other pest control companies with no tangible results. However, Wayne was immediately effective in removing rats from our property. “I approached Gopest to rid my house of an invasion of mice – Great company to deal with – friendly – reliable and more importantly got rid of the mice with one effective treatment.
The follow up visit was a great investment as this put my mind at rest that the mice were really gone as well as the ‘exterminator’ providing me with helpful hints on how to control the situation and hopefully avoid this happening again. His friendly and understanding approach was really appreciated as this invasion was not a joyful experience
However I still have Go Pest on speed dial but at this stage ‘Mickey Mouse has left the building’”
